Today, on Thanksgiving Day, I am grateful.

I am grateful for my wife, who stuck with me as I worked through many emotional issues.

I am grateful for my children, who give me reason to live and serve every day.

I am grateful for my job, without which I would not be able to support my family.

I am grateful for rights to therapy goals of my own choice, which has allowed access to treatments that have given me hope and helped me grow.

I am grateful for my church, which has helped me learn principles that bring me closer to God and closer to others.

I am grateful for my friends, who add variety and spice to my life.

I am grateful for sunshine and rainy days, for ups and downs, for variety that helps me remember that each day is an opportunity to learn and grow.

Most of all, I am grateful to my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, who gave all that I may have someone to turn to for comfort when no one else understands and that I may repent and live again.

I truly am blessed and have a lot to be grateful for.
